Native Box Arrangement
Returns & Refund Policy
Fresh FlowersDue to the perishable nature of fresh flowers we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted or significantly different from what was ordered please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We will arrange one of the following at our discretion:
A replacement arrangement
A store credit
A partial or full refund
Incorrect OrdersIf you receive the wrong arrangement please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Flower CareFresh flowers should last 5–7 days with proper care. We recommend trimming stems, changing water every two days and keeping flowers away from direct sunlight and heat. If your flowers perish within 3 days of delivery despite following these care instructions please contact us with photos.
CancellationsOrders cancelled more than 24 hours before delivery will be refunded in full less a $15 cancellation fee. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of delivery will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Orders already prepared or dispatched cannot be cancelled.
